In addition to call recording, you have now an option to get a call transcription in a text format! About 80 languages are supported at the moment.

Automate your sales process - no need to manually transcribe calls inside your CRM anymore. All phone recordings are automatically converting into text. Do less, sell more!

Go to Phone Number Settings to configure. The option can be found under Call Recording option. Select your language for transcription and you are all set.

Call transcription is a paid add-on service. Funds will debited from your telephony account after each call. Please refer to this page to view transcription price list.

Please note that Call Transcription option is a part of Advanced Telephony, available to Bitrix24 Plus, Standard or Professional plan subscribers.
