Dear Bitrix24 users,
As you know, there is a very useful knowledge management module in Bitrix24 - Knowledge Base. Knowledge bases in Bitrix24 are flexible and may be configured the way you need. Here is the list of all the configuration options available after creating a knowledge base:
- Add and edit new pages, that will be automatically added to the navigation menu
- Add and edit text and images in blocks
- Replace images with the uploaded ones
- Add and edit new blocks
- Perform various actions with blocks
- Change the blocks design

There is also a cool update to the Knowledge Base section - you can now Add a knowledge base to a section in Bitrix24. Now there is an Extensions button in some sections of your Bitrix24. This button allows you to add a new knowledge base to this section. Add a knowledge base with instructions on how to fill out an employee's profile to the profile section, how to work with tasks to the Tasks section, how to work in CRM to the CRM section and so on.
