Many of you have requested Kanban view for Bitrix24 tasks and CRM entities. As promised, Kanban view prototype has been added to CRM for leads, deals and quotes. This is a beta version, so you are welcome to play around with it a bit and submit your feedback. The final appearance will probably be somewhat different and we appreciate any of your suggestions how to make it better.
As you know Viber offers its users to create public accounts – chats that any user can join, read and follow. There are 3 types of public account users in Viber:
- Followers – users, who get notifications about public chat updates and can read public chat.
- Participants – users who can submit messages to public chat.
- Administrators - users with full access to public chat.

This option will streamline your daily routine: the selected tool will show up first when you open your Bitrix24, and the left-side menu will include only the required items.
MAKE Interactive, a Bitrix24 gold partner, has made a new app for the Bitrix24 CRM which lets you flexibly and attractively design quotes (or invoices) in your Bitrix24 Cloud service. Currently, the app is not available through marketplace and you need to contact MAKE Interactive directly for it.

The pdf or printed invoice is the instrument of the most fundamental part of the relationship, payment for products or services.
The existing quotes in Bitrix24 have limited flexibility. MAKE Interactive has solved this issue in an elegant way: by saving a .docx file in a special folder in the Drive, it becomes a template for your quotes. More than 1 template can be created and selected. After a quote is made in the CRM, it can be selected in the App’s page, and the information from the quote will go into the template.
