We are glad to inform you that Bitrix24 CRM Marketing module has been updated. Now there are lots of custom parameters added to CRM Marketing campaigns for creating personalized emails and email campaigns.

All you have to do is use the #PARAMETER# tags that will then be replaced with the customer data from your CRM database when sending the email.

This option comes really handy when sending email campaigns to promote a new product or a sale, or in case you want all the letters you send out to be personalized.
