  • Improved Lead Capture Forms For Bitrix24 Open Channels And Other Widget Updates

    New lead capture form for Online chat – now people visiting your website can be automatically added into your Bitrix24 CRM. After your website visitor sends a message to the Online chat, the capture form pops up, asking the client to introduce him or herself and provide contact information (name, email & phone). The option is automatically enabled, no actions are required at your end.

    The information your website visitors have submitted will automatically appear inside your Bitrix24 CRM and Open Channels. A new lead will be automatically created for a new potential client. As for existing clients, chat conversations will be bound to the identified CRM records.

    The client capture forms work both for the widgets embedded on your website & on widget public pages:

    Automatic welcome message - select the pages that will show the greeting to your customers. Customize pre-defined text, change sales agents names & icons to attract more clients.

    Hide on mobile - hide widget from clients browsing your website from the mobile devices.

    Select language - determine which default language will be used inside your website widget. Some languages are not available for the website widget yet, but will be added soon. Stay tuned!

    Working Time Preferences are now available inside each widget section. Online chat, Callback form & CRM form will now show up only during work hours configured for each of them.

    Widget Display Settings can be now configured for each widget section individually: for Online chat, CRM form or Callback form.
