Q&A

Why was it decided to implement the new plans?

To make the process of choosing a plan easier and more straightforward for the clients.

Will the clients be able to renew their (archived) plans?

Yes, you can renew your client's archived plan without any problems considering that you do it in a timely manner. If, for some reason, a subscription has not been renewed and an account rolls back to the Free plan, it will be impossible to return to an archived plan. In this case, it will be possible to purchase only the plans from the new lineup. That’s why we recommend that you do not skip the renewal dates for archived plans of your clients.

Where can one learn more about the differences between the archived and the new plans?

If a client purchases one of the new plans but eventually dislikes it, will it be possible for this client to return to an archived plan?

No, it will be impossible to return to an archived plan.

Will the archived plans receive updates in the future?

Some of the new features will still be available on the archived plans in the future. However, there will be unique features that will only be available on the actual plans lineup.

If a client has previously purchased a plan for 3/6/12/24 months in advance, and now wants to switch to a new plan, will the money they paid be recalculated in accordance with the price of the new plan?

Of course, the amount that has already been paid will be recalculated, and additional time will be added to the newly purchased plan.

If a partner purchased a plan without specifying cloud account URL address (did not activate it by applying a coupon), is it still possible to activate a coupon of an archived plan? What is the validity period of such coupon and will it expire?

Coupons for the archived plans can be easily applied to cloud accounts where the same particular archived plan is still active. It will not be possible to apply a coupon with an archived plan to cloud account with Free subscription or an account with one of the new plans added from August 1.

If a client who has been using an archived plan was rolled back to Free subscription, will it be possible to go back to the same archived plan again?

It is possible to do only until July 31, 2021. Starting August 1, it will only be possible to choose one of the new plans.

Will Bitrix24 settings be saved when switching to a new plan (CRM, forms, tasks, business processes, etc.), or will it be necessary to configure everything from scratch?

The settings will be saved, but certain features (which will not be included in the new plan) will stop working after a while. It is important to carefully study the differences between the archived and new plans before switching a client to another subscription.
