Can't approve new employee, We never receive the mail the administrator is supposed to receive to approve a new employee so they can't log in to Bitrix.
I've reviewed our mail and spam logs and we never see any mail from Bitrix to complete this process.  How else can I activate this user? Do I delete them and start over? Help.

I happened to open the Bitrix app on my cell phone this morning and there was an approval dialog for the employee I invited earlier this week. I was able to complete the enrollment process and the employee is now active.

So, I'm still unclear why I did not receive the same prompt on my ipad (Bitrix app) or the hosted site or an email ?
