Email Tracking, Seems so obvious, yet I can't find it
Hi, I'm sure this must already be a part of this great software - how do I track whether an email was opened or not?

My use case is extremely simple - every day I'm harvesting leads from the local area, and emailing them.  I've figured out templates - they work like a charm! But I'd like to know if the messages were received, opened, read multiple times, salivated-over, etc.  That way when I follow up I can prioritize, and tailor my pitch accordingly.

I've used this system before in apps like Proposify (proposely? something like that), and Yesware.  IIRC even my old SugarCRM had it.  Where do I set this up in Bitrix?
