I am having this exact issue also. i have had a support ticket open since sunday afternoon. It is now Tuesday at almost noon. So far nothing is resolved. Support personnel have directed me to standard instructions which I already have followed. I explained this in great detail (including uploading copies of the files I have used, and also screenshots of my issue). I don't see how this is acceptable to expect a company to just "wait" for my entire domain email to work for half a week.
