Telephony in self-hosted Bitrix not available, Menu Telephony is missing in self hosted installation
We are interested in switching from the cloud system to the self hosted Bitrix, therefore we built a self hosted installation.

Now we would like to get closer to the communcication features of the system. We are missing the menu for Telephoy.
There is no menu in the main desktop view, but also not in the administration view.

What is wrong, or what do we have to do, to activate this feature. Thers is no hint in the documentation.

thanks for your response. I know the link to your documentation. But as you can see, I attached one screenshot,
there is no menu 'Telephony' after installation available. That's the topic.

The installation has been done with your virtual applicane image VMBitrix5.1.2-vmware.zip. Please let me know, how
to activate the feature 'Telephony', as you described in your documentation as well as in your last post, because this is
not available after installation.

That means that your systems will be available with full functionality!
It is very hard and costs hours or days, to find the problems, which are not initiated by the customers.

Regardless, we need a solution, this feature has to be tested.
