Connecting Cloud PBX

I've added my cloud PBX (SIP Trunk) to Bitrix and got a CONNECTED status, however, every time I try to make an outbound call, I get an "Insufficient Balance" error. It seems like Bitrix is not "seeing" the Cloud connection. This worked up until Thursday of last week. Starting last Friday, it began giving me the error message.

I have tried connecting the same SIP account to a SIP client on my phone and it works perfectly.

Please advise.

Please check Default number for outgoing calls configuration in your Bitrix24 (see this FAQ)
