Hi,

can anyone explain more about the new SIP phone support. I mean, I know what it is, I just don't know how exactly does it work.
I use my current phone number, set it up in Bitrix and my SIP phone and that's it? No additional fees or something? Are my calls charged by my phone provider or Bitrix?

You can connect your SIP phone & you don't need to pay anything to us for that.

I've asked my telephony provider and got a response that direct access to their Cloud PBX is not possible, but I can connect via TAPI plugin. Do you by any chance know if this would work with Bitrix24?
