Getting Telephony working - Self Hosted, Allowing access to certain files, etc.
Hello Bitrix24 Community,

I've been trying to set up Telephony on the self hosted version of your software. We use a CentOS 6.x installation to run bitrix, and I can provide additional details if necessary.

One of the initial things that is necessary to get Telephony working, is allowing all access to a certain file 'info_receiver.php' from all ips. We have no issue with allowing any ip into this file, but I'm having difficulty actually getting this done. How exactly would one open this file for access using a CentOS installation?

I've added the line:

Code
<Files "/home/bitrix/www/services/telephony/info_receiver.php">
         Allow from all
</Files>

to /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf,

But that doesn't seem to work.

Can anyone give me some advice on how to get this up and running?

Thank you.
Sorry, scratch that. Apparently that did work, and I now finally have a voximplant.log to look at. I'm getting "user offline" error code 480 on every single outbound phone call I try to make.

Can I get some info for this specific error? Thank you.
