Emails sent by Bitrix are not fully authenticated – causing an unnecessarily low spam rating triggering some spam filters., How do I add a SPF record to my Bitrix24 domain?
Hi,

My emails leaving Bitrix are not fully authenticated, causing an unnecessarily low spam rating that triggers some spam filters.

They are missing the SPF record in the email header.

When I tested my spam rating here: https://www.mail-tester.com/   the resulting spam assessment report says:

"You do not have a SPF record, please add the following to your domain:   my.bitrix24.com:v=spf1 a mx ip4:my.ip.ad.res ~all

How do I add an SPF record to my Bitrix24 domain to improve the spam rating?

Thanks, Chris

Hi Chris,

We have updated settings at our end, you can check now. Thanks for the heads up.

Best,

Yana.
Yana Hi,

I have done an SPF test as you said – I am now authorized. Yippee!
Consequently my spam rating has risen!
Thank you very much!

My emails are still being marked down by the email tester at www.mail-tester.com for two remaining reasons:

1)  MIME_HTML_ONLY
2) HTML_MIME_NO_HTML_TAG

Can the person who fixed the SPF authentication issue also fix these issues?

Can you ask?

Regards,  Chris
