telephone calls from within Bitrix, Calling using the new Feature in CRM etc
I understand that we can now add credit and start making calls direct from Bitrix to clients etc from the CRM.

First basic question is what hardware works best for this please? I want to add an IP phone is any IP phone ok?

Second adding relay number so customer can call back correct number - can this be set up different for each person calling so that they each have their own call back number for their calling?

lastly is the money only put in by the administrator? Can the billing be seen per user so that it can be kept under control?

No IP phone needed. You can call from a browser or using our desktop client app. We haven't tested the IP phone scenario.

Unfortunately not, now only one relay number is available.

Yes, the money can be put only by administrator. The each user history and billing will be added soon.

Recorded calls - were are they kept? can the admin person hear / check other persons recorded calls or is it only the individual?

Does each individual set up an account or it a company account?

Presume it is a Skype type headphone and mic needed not USB?

Files with recorded calls are in Company>Company Drive>Recorded calls. Please note that these files are available to those users who have corresponding CRM access permissions for this CRM item (for example the contact with whom you had this call).

It is a company account with one common relay number and billing account. When you click a phone number in CRM item details - you can be proposed to call via external services (like Skype) - in this case you will be adressed to Skype page and there each user can call through his own Skype account, but IP telephony - is a common company telephone account now.

Yes, you can use Skype type headphone and mic.
