Question re users or groups
Hi there, we are testing your service out and just wanted to know about users or groups.

If we create a group called "Developers", in this group we just want Developers to see "My Workspace" as the rest of the options have nothing to do with them which includes Workgroups, CRM, Company and Settings. Is there a way that we can restrict these main tabs from being displayed? If the Workgroups tab is compulosry, then is it possible to hide the other people in that workgroup as developers compete with each other and showing which other developers are in the same work group would cause issues.

Feature that are you talking about is realized in "Extranet", available only for Standard and Professional versions.
In this way Extranet user don't see CRM, Company, Settings, only one Workgroup he was invited in.

All Workgroup's members will see each other. To hide Developers you have to create a new private invisible group  for each one. If you create a private invisible group, its members only could see it, for other employee it won't be visible.


You could also restrict access to CRM for Workgroup you wish, but Sections "Company" and "Settings" can't be hidden from internal Employee.
