Users can't see all tasks
I have created a free account for 3 users.

I have 2 workgroups, for my tasks.

2 users have created tasks in each workgroup, however neither can see 'all' tasks - which we want them to be able to do.

I have changed permissions in the Group Settings of each workgroup to Authorized Users for all permission groups, but this doesn't seem to have any effect.

Am I missing something?

Could you please clarify what you've set in the group's settings in the field "Permission to view all tasks:"?

Hi Evgeniya,

This was originally set to "All Group Members", but the us er (who has been made an administrator) still couldn't see the tasks.  I tried changing it to All Authorized Users to see if that had an effect but it appears not.
