Creating workflow for updating CRM records based upon filtered list, creating a workflow for structured enriching CRM data based upon filters
We want to enrich existing CRM records with additional data. See usecases below. Any suggestions on how to set up these workflows in bitrix24?

Usecase I: adding additional data record by record via a list

How to implement the following workflow (example)
  • filter CRM records for company or contact for missing data / incomplete data (eg no email, no workphone, no custom field entrie)
  • create a list with records to be updated
  • present record sequently to employee to look up and fill in missing data (preferably presented as a workflow which the employee can cycle trough)

Usecase II: bulk updating record by importing and matching csv file with additional data

How to implement the following workflow for mass updating
  • import CSV with additional data on existing or new contact/companies
  • match by emailadres, unique contactname, unique company name or bitrixID
  • append additional information to the corresponding standard fields and/or  predefined custom fields
  • report (list) succesfull updates / failed updates for further processing
Usecase III: updating/appending existing record or creating new CRM record via webform inpunt

How to implement the following workflow for webform triggered updates

  • Customer/prospect fills in a webform on a website
  • Webform is send to bitrix 24
  • existing CRM record: use form data to update / append current record
  • new CRM record: use form data to create new record & lead.
