Hello,

I'm new to Bitrix and I was wondering if you can assist me with some questions:
1. In the CRM view the # on top of the "LEAD" button is a count of how many Lead I have?
2. Who is responsible of changing the lead status? the Responsible person?
3. If the responsible can change the status of a lead, can anyone else change the status?
4. Are junk leads deleted from the system?

Other question. What is the difference between adding an activity to a company rather than to a contact?

- No, that is the amount of leads which require your attention - leads with activities whose deadline is about to expire

2. Who is responsible of changing the lead status? the Responsible person? & 3

All users who have access = edit or full access for leads can change it's status. Logically the responsible user should change the lead status

4. Are junk leads deleted from the system?

No, they can be found with the help of filter status = junk
