cant choose email template
hello,
my question here is, when i receive an email via send&save, and want to reply to this, i cannot choose an email template.
i can only choose an email template when writing a new email.

any ideas?
Hi Zac,

Thanks for the observation - I've passed it to the dev team. What you can do now is reply from the CRM item's details page: open the associated CRM item first, then in the CRM item details page open activities section - choose the email and click reply, now you should be able to choose a template.
