The problem is that in the template we paste the value, but when we past to pdf, instead the name of company or the address, it writes
{Company.TITLE} , {Company.ADDRESS_LEGAL} or {Company.REG_ADDRESS_CITY}.

Yes company data was filled but everything else was not, why is everything else not filling up?
What type of CRM entity have you used?
Im using Cloud hosted version
I mean deal, invoice, smth else... What is the base for document?

I'm afraid I don't know the cause. Have you modified our template? I've tested it and it works fine, except DETAIL_PICTURE. There is a bug to picture access, it was fixed but not installed yet.  
Hi, I did not modify the template at all, i just removed the text about DocDesigner.

What do you suggest? is there some documentation to see how to call the parameters (Autocomplete)?

Can you install a new copy of quotation template and test it "as is"? Probably you were damaged html structure.
How can I install a new copy of the template? I deleted the app and re-installed it but the template looks the same. I even selected the option to delete all documents with the app.


Where can i see a guide showing the parameters i can use to call information?? I.E:  {CRMProduct:Price}

Hi,

I am new to Doc Designer and seeking help on two topics for our requirements to make template for quotes as follows :
1. We want to show the preview picture, along with other product information, in the row of product which we have already included in the product properties and how to re-scale it as per the page size. I tried to paste the parameter value from product section, but it is not showing there.
2. In our case, we charge services as a percentage value of the total product value. We need to show the charges in different cell as some percentage of total product value "Amount", and then grand value in different cell as a sum of total product value and that percentage value for services. Please suggest how can we incorporate the formula in doc designer?

1. DocDesigner uses product's pictures "as is". You should upload it with needfull scale.

I tried with different pictures and different Picture sized, all i am getting back is the message -> TCPDF ERROR: [Image] Unable to get the size of the image :
"https://srv.bitrix24.com/bitrix/components/bitrix/crm.product.file/download.php?auth=Array&productId..."

Please suggest

I'm sorry. There is a small problem with picture access by Bitrix24. The B24 team knows about it and promises to make fix ASAP.

I have seen that the problem has been solved and now i could see the preview pics in  PDf format.

I have another query as follows:
there are number of products in a quote and there are some specific products where we have added the pics in their catalogue sections.
when we take the PDF prinout, it shows the pics where we have added in catalogue, but it shows "{CRMProduct:PREVIEW_PICTURE}" where we have not added the pics.
Please suggest how to remove it where we haven't added any pics and that particular section / cell goes blank.

It is working ok with the data being moved from any other data entry point.
But when I am entering the data with different lines in Description section of product, and moving for PDF printout in Doc Designer, it is showing continues in final PDF printout.
Please suggest.

We started using DocDesigner, but our trial period ran out. When we try to look at subscription options, we are taken to a web page that says the URL no longer exists. Is DocDesign still supported? We definitely need better invoice customization and are hoping it's still possible to use DocDesign.

I have attached a screen shot. When I click the subscribe link, I am taken to a russian website that says the domain is "parked" - is the link wrong, or is the DD website down?
I am still waiting on an answer to my above question about subscribing to DocDesigner. We have great need to create better designs for our quotes and invoices. Will I get a response from you soon, Alexey?

That link works, but it takes me to a learning page, not to a page that lets me subscribe. There is a subscription link on that page, but it only takes me to a page that tells me about describing and doesn't actually allow me to subscribe (https://www.htmls.pw/learning/course/index.php?COURSE_ID=3&LESSON_ID=107&LESSON_PATH=106.107). That subscription page links me to a page where I am supposed to be able to see subscription plans --- but that link goes back to the "domain is parked" page I was getting before.

Do you have a link that goes directly to a page where I can actually purchase a subscription?

That worked, but I have a new problem. When I select the option I want to buy, I am required to register for an account. However, when I attempt to register, by attempt does not get processed. I get thrown back to the registration page, with no error message, and the form is blank again. What am I doing wrong?
