Can't Update, I can't update
I submitted a trouble ticket stating that I couldn't update our self hosted Bitrix -- the updates are shown, but I can't ever update them.  I have been advised that the solution is to allow someone else to remote into our system.  Is there no other option?  We chose the self hosted version because we are serious about the security of our system and have proprietary information that we don't wish anyone else to see.

Please Advise.
