Editing the List Fields, Needing to see if I can link a field to Customers or contacts
Hi there,
I see that I can query employees with "assigned to" - how would I do the same thing with contacts or companies?
Actually, it looks like the Task function, and it's extensibility, is the right solution, rather than creating a custom list. I'm setting this up for support ticket functionality for clients both on a project basis as well as on an ongoing as-needed support basis.

Bitrix24 Helpdesk module is available in Bitrix24 self-hosted verison only. As a workaround in the Cloud you can use tasks (tasks can also be bound to the CRM items - see full task form).
