Help Desk & Inventory Management

We are a Wireless ISP and have a wide range of WiFi Equipment (i.e. Inventory) installed at various Locations around the UK (We call them "Net Locations").

In Sugar CRM we have been able to create a "Module" (i.e. Table) to store details of all of our "Inventory" and link that to the relevant record in the "Net Locations" Module (or Table).

We are then able to connect the relevant Inventory Item and "Net Location" to a Helpdesk Case/Ticket.

Would we be able to duplicate this set up with Bitrix24 and the Help Desk Module?
