CRM and Users deleted from account, can't install backup?, Error where files can't be created when attempting to restore, no user accounts left!

I have submitted a ticket for this issue but seeing it's fairly urgent I'm hoping someone can help me quickly.

Somehow all the data on our CRM has wiped, along with all the users [including my admin account!]. Thankfully I know the cloud holds a backup fr om this week, however when attempting to use the restore link on our website, after extraction it gives an error saying files can't be created? I'll attach a screenshot of this issue below.

Is there a way to restore the back up off the cloud, despite no longer having an account that can access the files? I also no longer have access to wh ere I would obtain a licence key in order to verify the backup extraction.
