Hi,

We are trying your service, using the Trial, but we have a problem here, the MX transfer does not work for our email, your interface seems "stuck". After reading old messages on your forum, I can see this is a recurrent issue since a few years...

We lost half a day waiting for the MX transfer, to be able to use our email under Bitrix24. During this time, we had no email because this was pointing to your email server but no action was taken (from your User web interface).

We open a ticket, and till now (a day) no answer. This is a dilemma, we can not stop our operations because your setup system is defective. From your rules, the SLA is 36hours and no resolution during the weekend (for the free solution or Trial ?).

My question is, how to use your service if we are unable to set it up correctly? Do you have a suggestion?

Domain ownership & MX records verification can take up to 3 days. All technical problems associated with it are resolved via Helpdesk.
