Issues upgrading, Having issues as customer getting to upgrade my cloud account and contacting support
When I get to New Order area, I get

"An error has occured [SPR306]. Please try again or contact support.

Support is a link that goes no where. Attempt to contact support in help section is disabled on trial account and main website has no way to contact support.

So what to do next?
