Email notifications
Hi there

None of our team are getting email notifications of new posts or comments onto the site - I've gone into each profile and checked their settings and we all have email notifications ticked, and our emails addresses are correct.

Is there something we are missing to get this happening?

Hi Kate,

If you've checked the settings are OK (Messanger>Settings>Notifications>Email) & the emails are not in the Spam folder (especially if your company has your own mail server - please check your spam filters if any) - please contact our Help Desk(please advise if your employees have same email domain, which one, if this is your own mail server). Thank you!
