Require ALL calls to be recorded
Instead of the agents option of having each call recorded, can we change that option so they don't have a choice and the system records EVERY call made? This would be a very important feature for us and many other companies.

We want to do this using the SIP connector and our external cloud VOIP provider. Thanks!
