Duplicate Names in CRM
We have names/emails that appear in both our contacts and leads. How do we avoid sending duplicate emails to these people? Does Bitrix offer a way to find the duplicates and delete them?

When you add new CRm record with same email address as you already have in your Bitrix24 CRM, the system will warn you there is a match & a record exists already & will propose either cancell the action or ignore & create duplicate email record.
