I have a FreePBX Distro that I wanted to connect to Bitrix to handle the CRM of the calls, however, my PBX has all the extensions, routes, queues and ring groups set up the way I want. My question is if there is a way just to connect to my box only to receive the call information upon receiving, so as to jot notes down and manage the calls and customers with CRM. The set up is asking me to set up a Bitrix trunk for my DID, but wouldn't that change the way my PBX handles my own routes?
