SIP telephony out of order for 3 days, Rented number from Bitrix in Europe.
Hi guys

We have a rented number from Bitrix.
Working well until 28th April.
From that day, there is nothing anymore.

- Can not call
- Rings busy
- SIP application can not registerd (Server internal error 500)

Technical support ? Not helping (ticket from 14h ago, no answer yet, except to ask for the list of calls.... ?)

Somebody can help ?

Update : going to telephony settings, configure rented number, and then "save" just put everything back to normal.
But I would like to know why I have to do it ?
This should be automatic.
