company drive documents not accessible to all, isn't the company drive supposed to be shared with all employees by default
My employees can access certain files in the company drive, but not all of them.  Aren't all files placed in the company drive supposed to be public?  How can I fix this?

Company Drive also has "access parameters" settings option (see settings icon in the right top corner - "assign permissions" option)

Each file & folder in Company Drive has "sharing option" as well - e.g. if you want employees in general to have limited access to all files but full access to the chosen files - you can use the "sharing" option for that.
