The default exchange rate is not specified
When i am adding new currency "The default exchange rate is not specified" error occurs. The default exchange rate box is inactive how can i edit that ?
Hi,

Please go to CRM>Settings>Currencies and among existing currencies choose one & make it default currency first. Now you will be able to add new currencies & set the exchange rates for them.

Hi, please help, i removed both default currencies and am now not able to add another, :cry: without getting "The default exchange rate is not specified."
Please let me know how i can fix it.

Please contact the Helpdesk in this case (if you don't have any currency available, if you have at least one currency left - please make it base currency)).
