Not receiving emails via Send&Save
Hi,

I have set up Send&Save in CRM > Email Integration with email address sales @example.com.

Next, I received an enquiry from customer to our email address cs@example.com in our external email client..

When I reply to customer, I added sales @example.com in CC hoping to capture the customer as a contact in bitrix24 which I hope to convert to a lead.

However, nothing has been captured in bitrix24.

Anybody can advise which step am I doing it wrong?

I have checked sales@example.com and it received our email fine.
