Cannot send e-mail to clients from CRM
Dear team,

I cannot figure out why I cannot send any e-mail from CRM (even reply to received e-mails) from CRM. As you can see below a screen shot of "mailbox" which shows incoming and outgoing emails but when my clients check their mailboxes there is nothing coming from mine.
