Customizing Contact Form, Adding Site option
Hi,
I am trying to add an additional Site option for LinkedIn (in addition to Corporate, Facebook and Twitter).  I'm clicking 'add' and saving, and it's successful for that one contact, but how can I save the preference for all users?  I want all users to be able to see the Corporate, Facebook, Twitter and Other boxes.  The usual way doesn't seem to work for me.

Hi Rachel,

You can find option "save preferences for all users" in the new contact creation form:


Please check if the field is not hidden in your form & click "save preferences for all users".

Thanks Yana.  It's still not working for me - can you tell me how to make sure the field isn't hidden?  I'm clicking to save preferences for all users but am not seeing the field when I go to create a new contact.
