New employee self-registration link doesn't produce an employee to approve
I have given a potential new employee this link https://ojs.bitrix24.com/?secret=hdjq8zgs which was obtained from the attached screenshot.

They are able to create an account but for whatever reason, they do not show up as my employee.

However, when I invite them via their email, they do show up.

What's wrong?

I clicked on the link and it seems to be working.
Waiting on your authorization to join.

Registration is now complete.

You request to join ojs.bitrix24.com has been sent.

Once your request has been approved by the administrator, you will get an e-mail message to let you know that you can log in to Bitrix24 asronaldo@radsolucoes.com.br.

Hi Ted, I just received the authorization to join ojs.btrix24.com

I will not log in unless you ask me to test the set up.
