Yes! Its not working and i don't understand why they changed it. Add: I found a way to close it but its not saving the time and date?

Thanks for your reply Herman, your English is great! I'm trying to add an Activity to a Contact not a Lead so I'm already doing the 2nd process. When I get the Call window open the With field is empty and I can't enter text and the + Select button just brings up a blank search window that says No Data (see previous post image) James |

Herman, thanks again for your help - I've tried adding from both Contact and Activity List and I can never get any name to appear in the With: Field.

Hi,
We are not using the default field for Phone. Instead we use a custom one. That way we cannot add a new call to a lead. Very frustrating indeed. Please fix it. BR |

For what it's worth the workaround to this is to populate the Work Phone number - then you can add a Call activity.
