Working with Email template, Some thing was wrong
Hello,

I got some troubles when using email template in CRM.
Everything is ok if i send an email to 1 person. But when i try to send email to more than 2 people, the email which i receive is like this:


I don't know why #LEAD.TITLE# and #LEAD.ASSIGNED_BY_FULL_NAME# didn't change automatically!
Please help me!

Unfortunately placeholders do not work for emails in bulk at the moment, we hope to find an alternative solution for this problem soon.

If i upgrade my Bitrix to professional version, will this problem can be resolve?
