Adding a call/meeting
Hi,

Just trying to learn about Bitrix.

I set up a call for a potential lead, but the timeline interface will only let me select a time between 9am and 5pm.
How can I set the call earlier/later?

I already tried setting my company working hours to a greater time window than 9-5, but that didn't change anything with the interface for creating a call/meeting.

You should go to Telephony - Phone numbers and edit the settings of the phone number you use.
