Missed cc recipints in the email (incoming), No cc is visible from the incoming email (Bitrix24 panel)
I am in trouble with my customers since i cannot see and do reply to all when i receive email. Person in cc are not visible, so i can't add them, and reply to all is not allowed from the Bitrix24 email panel; and i'm not politely replying only to the sender and not to all the participants.

Also if I do reply to the email (who has people in cc) it is not shown in the original deal (I always put myself in c).

What I'm doing wrong ??

Of course not, all are confidential information not to be shared in a forum. I will open a new ticket; but it is easy to understand. I receive an email with 4 ppl in cc; I cannot see those people if I open this email in Bitrix (DEAL panel for example, or lead or other) but the message (email)appeares to be addressed to me only.
I see that there are people in cc only if I use some external email client (outlook for example) so I cannot do any proper reply, because if I do I will reply to only one person (the mail sender) not to all (people in cc), breaking the conversation.
Please submit a ticket & advise this ticket number, thanks.

I am also interested in this as I do want all my email to go through bitrix, but if I cannot reply all or cc and bcc it makes my life very difficult- please can this be answered here so we all can see how to do it?  there seems to be a fair request for this basic service

I have not received a response to this and the problem has escalated-If I cannot see cc and bcc and other people to whom the email was sent, I have incomplete information.  That is for incoming mail.  Now on my outgoing mail, unpleasantness has occured, as people I included believe I am only sending emails to them to inform on other employees, with no transparency.  I have never received a response here and I see that other people are asking similar questions but I cannot find a resolution
