automate alerts, need to receive a message if a customer has not been contacted yet after a given period of time
Dear All,
as per the description I would like to receive a message if there is not activity on a customer after a certain period of time.

So if I didn't set any tasks, calls, ...and the activity on the customer freezes for more than one week (for instance), I would like to receive a message.

I would like to supervise all contacts in that way.

I think it is feasible but do not find how.

May anybody help?
