Once employee/user is dismissed, can we transfer the lead/contact/etc to somebody else (other sales)?
Hi,

Yes, sure. You can filter e.g. leads fy responsible person name (name of dismissed person), check "for all" box and choose action = "assign responsible" in the bottom line menu - here you can choose the name of the new sales responsible user.
