iPhone app doesn't refresh at the background
Hello All,

Bitrix iPhone app doesn't refresh at the background. Internet usage at the background is enabled, however while I don't open the app, the red number of new notification doesn't appear on the screen. Is it a bug, or just some iPhone specific settings?

We have the same problem on the self hosted version of Bitrix. Also on Android. When apps are closed, no notification comes through.

Please report tis to our Helpdesk with details:
- are push notifications not sent to your phones too? (or is it only counter widget problem)
- iOS \ Android version number & Bitrix24 mobile app version number.

Yes, push notifications are sent, while I've opened the app

iOS 8.1.3
Same here. Using Android on Samsung Galaxy S4 and S3. When the app is closed, no notifications what so ever. This is a long standing problem and I hope it will be fixed some day.
