Not able to Log on with Android app - samsung tab., Not able to Log on to my Bitrix account from my Samsung Tab.
Hi I am new user to Bitrix, and I just down loaded the free version 2 days ago. I also down loaded the android app. When I try to log on to Bitrix from my tab, it asks me for Domain, log in id/email and password... but gives a message -  " Unfortunately the connection can not be established. May be it's necessary to upgrade the mobile platform on the server"  

please let me know what needs to be done.. or the mobile app is available only for paid users..?

Mobile apps are for free users as well. Please check the supported Android Versions. Otherwise please contact our Helpdesk.
