Comments not appearing in mobile application
I have opened a ticket with the helpdesk as well but I am wondering if anyone can tell me why comments are often not viewable using the mobile application but are just fine via the website?  The red boxes show where comments should be but are not showing up.

Please make sure you are using the latest Bitrix24 mobile app version & (just in case) that your phone system version meets the min app requirements.
