mobile phone call not working
Hi!

We've tried the telephony integration with Bitrix24.
Everthing works, except getting a call on mobile phones.

This should work as I could read (feature list).

Calls are possible from mobile phones, but not receiving them.

Is there something I miss in the settings?!

I guess the problem is about not getting any push notification on the phone (android or iphone).
Everything is turned on to get them. Push - notifications generaly work on the Desktop - app, but not on any phone.
And therefore I guess receiving calls aren't working either...

Any idea?!

This feature is at least the last feature we need, to use Bitrix24 as our PBX...

I found out, that:

1.) push - notifcation is working if you send notifications to specific persons (could live with that)
2.)  phone call on mobile phone is working with internal calls (fine)
3.) phone call on mobile phone from outside Bitrix24 (PBX) is only working if you have Bitrix24 opened and activ on screen on the Smartphone (not good)
4.) phone call on windows desktop is alsways working (good)

So please could you help us on point 3?!
