Ticket unresolved for two weeks!, Ticket #953325 has been open for over two weeks without resolution- please help.

I have had Ticket #953325 open for over two weeks without resolution and it's gone days without any response from the Bitrix team- please help.

I am only receiving about 5% of the email notifications that I should be- and there seems to be no reasoning to the ones I am or am not receiving. We thought this was an issue with the profile, as the profile email address did not match the account (I don't even know how that occurs) but we updated that so everything matches, yet I am still not receiving the majority of emails.

Please help!
