Managing admin account of emails when account is closed, Need admin access to delete all email accounts associated with domain, after account was closed
Hello, I need a solution where I can get my admin access to delete all email accounts associated with specific domains, after account was automatically closed. I signed up with Yandex mail. So each employee had an account. Now that my Bitrix account is closed I lost access to delete employees who no longer exist. If they are no longer with the company I do not want them to use their email - as it will falsely represent the company. How can I get my "master"/"admin" access to take care of this problem?
